Position: Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Manager
Location: JP Nagar III Phase, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

· Preparing, reviewing, and managing project cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.

· Handling costing of materials, labor, subcontractor works, and overall project execution.

· Monitoring project expenditures and ensuring cost control measures are in place.

· Preparing and evaluating tenders, contracts, and agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

· Managing contract administration, claims, and variations.

· Conducting value engineering and cost-benefit analysis for project optimization.

· Coordinating with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

· Ensuring compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and legal requirements.

· Conducting risk analysis for contracts and providing recommendations.

· Preparing periodic costing, financial, and progress reports.
