- Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
- Manage project cost control and budget monitoring.
- Evaluate subcontractor payments, interim valuations, and final accounts.
- Prepare and manage variation orders and change requests.
- Review tender documents, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering studies.
- Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients for commercial matters.
- Ensure proper contract administration in line with FIDIC and project requirements.
- Evaluate claims, disputes, and contractual correspondence.
- Monitor project cash flow and cost reporting.
- Support procurement team in tendering and subcontractor evaluation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and commercial documentation.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and forecasts.
- Ensure project profitability through effective cost management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 10+ years' experience in UAE construction projectsStrong experience in building, infrastructure, or mixed-use projectsExperience in cost control, BOQ preparation, and contract administrationExperience with luxury villas, high-rise, or large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts
- Experience in claim management and variation orders
Pay: AED23,000.00 - AED26,000.00 per month
