Position: Quantity Surveyor & Planning Engineer

Location: Oman

Availability: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets.

Develop and monitor project schedules using planning tools.

Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work for accurate estimation and planning.

Track project progress and update schedules to reflect actual performance.

Monitor costs, variations, and claims to ensure effective cost control.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to align planning and budgeting.

Prepare progress reports, cost reports, and forecasts for management.

Support contract administration and documentation as per company procedures.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in QS and project planning, preferably in construction, MEP, or pool/water feature projects.

Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, project planning, and scheduling.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and planning software (Primavera P6 / MS Project).

Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience in Oman or the GCC is preferred.
