Quantity Surveyor - Post Contract

Post-contract duties

• Cost control: Monitor and manage project costs throughout construction to stay within budget.
• Variations: Track and manage changes to the original scope of work, evaluating their cost implications.
• Valuations: Evaluate and certify the value of work completed for interim payments to contractors.
• Reporting: Provide regular progress and cost reports to stakeholders.
• Contract administration: Ensure compliance with contractual terms and manage any contractual issues.
• Final accounts: Prepare and negotiate the final account and settle all project costs.

General duties for both phases

• Collaboration: Work with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to building codes, safety protocols, and other regulations.
• Dispute resolution: Assist in resolving any disputes between parties involved in the projec

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
