Quantity Surveyor - Post Contract

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Post-Tender (High-Rise Projects)

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are a Dubai-based construction company seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong post-tender experience in high-rise building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing commercial and contractual matters from project award through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle post-tender commercial management of high-rise projects.
• Prepare, review, and administer contracts and subcontracts (FIDIC-based).
• Prepare and verify monthly interim payment applications and certifications.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and cash flow.
• Evaluate, price, and negotiate variations and change orders.
• Prepare and manage claims, EOT submissions, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and clients on commercial matters.
• Manage subcontractor payments, variations, and final settlements.
• Assess materials on site, dayworks, and provisional sums.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
