QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)

We are a well-established Contracting Company in Dubai seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in construction cost control, BOQs, and contract administration.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
• 7–10 years of experience in construction & contracting companies
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost control, variations, and interim valuations
• Experience in contract administration and final accounts
• UAE construction project experience is required
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets
• Evaluate variations, claims, and subcontractor payments
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget control
• Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts
• Coordinate with project, contracts, and planning teams
