Quantity Surveyor- Renovation & Fit out Works

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with a valid driving license to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Estimation: Accurately calculate and estimate the costs of materials, labor, and equipment required for the projects.

Site Visits: Regularly visit project sites to assess progress, identify potential cost variations, and ensure that work is being carried out as per specifications.

Quantity Takeoff: Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare bills of quantities (BOQs) for various projects.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation related to quantity surveying activities.

Driving: As part of the role, you will be required to drive to project sites, suppliers, and other locations as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites and new project site visits.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
