Quantity Surveyor | UAE High-Rise Experience Required

We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor with 10+ years of UAE experience in high-rise and luxury villa construction projects to join our Dubai team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost control, BOQ preparation, budget management, and financial monitoring across high-rise and luxury villa projects.

The role requires close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost estimation and efficient financial management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on project drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Evaluate and manage variations, claims, and contractual changes.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams for accurate cost planning and execution.
• Prepare and maintain cost reports, project financial documentation, and progress reports.
• Support procurement activities including tender evaluation and contractor cost assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying for high-rise or luxury villa construction projects.
• Strong background in cost planning, contract administration, and project financial control.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying / cost estimation software.
