Position - Quantity Surveyor
Location - Dubai
Quantity Surveyor to manage and control all commercial, contractual, and cost-related aspects of water infrastructure projects (pipelines, sewerage, drainage, treatment plants), ensuring delivery within budget, compliance with contract requirements, and timely billing and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets
- Monitor project costs and maintain cost control and forecasting systems
- Track variations, claims, and additional works
- Maintain updated cost reports and cash flow forecasts
- Prepare and submit interim payment applications and final accounts
- Measure executed works as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with clients and consultants for payment certification
- Verify and certify subcontractor and supplier invoices
- Assist in tender analysis, rate evaluation, and contract finalization
- Prepare and review subcontracts, work orders, and amendments
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and scope
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning, and QA/QC teams
- Provide commercial support and measurement clarifications to site teams
- Attend project meetings related to commercial and contractual matters
- Maintain records of measurements, variations, claims, and correspondence
- Ensure documentation complies with company procedures and audit requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years experience in water infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of Pipelines, sewerage, and treatment plant construction,BOQ preparation and cost estimation
- Contract administration and subcontractor billing
- Experience handling financial, contractual, and technical aspects of infrastructure projects
Technical Skills
- Quantity take-off and measurement techniques
- Software: Excel, AutoCAD, PlanSwift (preferred)
- Knowledge of tendering, contracts (FIDIC), and cost control systems
- Understanding of UAE infrastructure standards
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
