Looking for Quantity Surveyor/Accountantion Engineer experience inside UAE , Prefer the same field of interiors-fit out.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES PROCUREMENT:
Quantity Estimator /Accountant

- Analyze drawings and specification to prepare the cost, materials and labor estimates.
- Prepare price estimates for all the items in BOQ. And total project.
- Arrange for obtaining quotations, samples and technical specifications from suppliers.
-- Prepare and maintain prices data base for all material used in projects.
- Subcontractors & Suppliers quotations analysis in pre-contract stage.
- Tender analysis.
- Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
- Maintain the cost analysis data base.
- Pricing the extension of time claims.
- Pricing the preliminaries of each project.

- Pre contract and post contract B.O.Q. preparation and Knowledge quantity take off measurement with coordination with designer/Consultant
- Follow-up with concerned body (Main Contractor, Consultant, etc.) for all VO’s and claims and update the Document Controller.
- Prepare estimates used by management for purpose such as planning, organizing and scheduling work.
- Preparation of comparison sheet.
- Meeting with project and procurement teams to discuss the project work Analysis.
