Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

1.A quantity surveyor’s expertise is invaluable in controlling costs, managing contracts, and maximizing value throughout each project phase.

2.Preparation of contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.

3.Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.

4.Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.

5.Performing risk, value management, and cost control during construction.

6.Providing advice on contractual claims and disputes.

7.Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work, and adjusting budget projections accordingly.

8.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Pay: ₹11,933.72 - ₹43,568.84 per month
