Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

Overview:

This position requires a dedicated and detail-oriented quantity surveyor estimation to be responsible for preparing cost estimate, preparing tender documents, preparing bill of quantities, and preparing contract documents. The role combines with excellent ability to prepare tender analysis report and tender clarification.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role- UAE.

· Proactive approach to problem solving and the ability in negotiation.

· Proficient in project management software (Word, Excel. PowerPoint, Outlook).

· The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent in organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
