Quantity Surveyor/QC Engineer

Qualification:

• Fresh in UAE or with experience in UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or any relative field
• Proficient in Microsoft office, Auto CAD 2D
• Waterproofing experience is a plus

Job Description:

• Prepares the LPO
• Taking all measurements for all projects
• Double checking and verifying measurements for all projects
• Arranging with site QS for joint measurements
• Submitting Measurements to office (Management) for Invoicing
• Study the client drawings for the Project (Structural and Architectural; Layout and Details).
• Prepares Shop Drawings
• Site Measurement for progress Invoice.
• Visit the site and check with the foreman/Supervisor for the work done at site.
• Collect the Delivery note to calculate Materials delivered monthly.
• Calculating the Wastage Reports.
• Bringing Approval for site measurements from the Client.
• Calculating complicated Lumpsum quantities.
