Quickbook Expert (US Accountant)

QF Network is looking for a skilled QuickBooks Expert (US Accountant) in Night Shift who can manage financial records, maintain accurate books, and ensure smooth accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and basic US accounting principles.

Key Responsibility:

• Manage daily US/UK bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
• Record financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
• Maintain and update general ledger
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Generate financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations

Requirement:

• Proven experience as a US QuickBooks Expert or Bookkeeper
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online/Desktop)
• Good understanding of financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field

Prefered Skills:

• Experience working with international US/UK clients
• Knowledge of tax basics
• Strong communication skills
