Job Description

We are looking for a reliable QuickBooks Accountant to handle day-to-day financial tasks and maintain accurate records. The role involves managing entries in QuickBooks, reconciling accounts, and supporting monthly financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and update financial transactions in QuickBooks
  • Process invoices, and bills, etc.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries
  • Keep financial documents organised and up to date

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Practical experience with QuickBooks
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • QuickBooks certification
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
