We’re a small, high-energy service team based in the Midwest. As the world reconfigures how physical offices look (thanks to AI and hybrid shifts), we are the ones actually building the new reality. We’re growing fast, it’s chaotic in a fun way, and we need someone to own the "Command Center" of our finances.

The Role (In Plain English): This is a "multiple hats" situation. You’ll be the wizard behind QuickBooks Online, handling the essential utility: A/R, Payroll, and Bookkeeping.

But that’s just the baseline. What we actually need is your brain. We want someone who looks at a ledger and sees the story behind the numbers:

• "Hey, we’re spending 15% too much on this vendor."
• "If we shift this process, we save $4k a month."
• "I used a custom GPT to automate our invoice matching, so now I have more time for strategy."

Who You Are:

• You’re a Tech Natural: You don't just "use" software; you master it. You’re likely the person your friends ask for tech help.
• AI is your Co-Pilot: You’re already playing with LLMs. You see AI as a tool to kill the "busy work" so you can do the "deep work."
• Ambiguity doesn't scare you: If there isn't a manual for something, you find it fun to write the manual yourself.
