Callus Digital is hiring a skilled QuickBooks Desktop bookkeeper to support a US-based construction client. You will manage day-to-day, contractor payments, job costing, and financial reporting — aligned to US business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain QuickBooks Desktop company file — vendors, chart of accounts, transactions
- Set up and manage recurring contractor bills and fixed payment schedules
- Job costing — link all contractor bills to respective projects for accurate reporting
- Prepare monthly contractor expense reports and financial summaries
- Verify W-9 status and maintain contractor profiles
- Coordinate with client team (US-based) for data, approvals, and reporting needs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop (not Online)
- Strong understanding of job costing, chart of accounts, and vendor management
- Experience with US-based clients or construction industry preferred
- Good English communication skills — written and verbal
