QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper & Administrative Support
Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to manage bookkeeping, help maintain and optimize existing business systems and processes. If you thrive on detail-oriented work and enjoy leveraging technology to streamline processes, this position is perfect for you!
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Generate monthly financial reports.
- Maintain existing organizational systems, procedures and workflows.
- Assist with payroll, tax preparations, and governmental accounting compliance as needed.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow established systems and procedures consistently
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or service industry preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Looking for a long-term, position and interested in growing with the company.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
