Quiz Room is an immersive game-show experience where guests play in private quiz rooms with buzzers, lights, music, sound effects, live scoring, and a real TV-show atmosphere. We welcome friends, families, birthday groups, students, and corporate teams for team building events, tournaments, and private celebrations.

Our mission is simple: make every group feel like they are part of a real game show and give them an unforgettable experience from the moment they arrive until the final photo.

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable Quiz Master to host and manage our quiz sessions.

The Quiz Master is the face of the experience. You will welcome guests, explain the rules, launch the games, support players during the session, manage the flow of bookings, and make sure every guest leaves with a great memory of Quiz Room.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, entertainment, events, and working with people.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Welcome guests warmly and create a fun atmosphere from the start.
• Explain the Quiz Room concept, rules, game formats, and safety instructions clearly.
• Make guests feel comfortable, excited, and ready to play.
• Adapt your energy depending on the group: families, kids, birthdays, corporate teams, tourists, or friends.
• Encourage players, build excitement, and keep the game-show spirit alive.
• Take group photos and support guests with post-game moments.

Game Operations

• Prepare quiz rooms before each session.
• Launch and monitor games including Original Quiz, Music Quiz, The Mole, Kids Quiz, and other available formats.
• Make sure screens, buzzers, podiums, sound, lights, and scoring systems are working properly.
• Support players if they have questions or technical issues during the game.
• Relaunch or troubleshoot games when needed.
• Report bugs or unusual issues clearly to the management team.

Event & Group Management

• Help manage birthday parties, corporate team buildings, school groups, and private events.
• Support tournament formats with multiple rooms, qualifying rounds, and finals.
• Assist with lounge setup, decorations, drinks, catering coordination, and trophies or gift bags when required.
• Help create a smooth flow for large groups, including team distribution and timing.

Sales & Upselling Support

• Inform guests about available games, extra 30-minute sessions, custom questions, birthday offers, corporate packages, and future bookings.
• Encourage guests to come back and try different game formats.
• Politely invite happy guests to leave a Google review.
• Support walk-in inquiries and explain prices and packages clearly.

Venue Operations

• Keep the reception, lounge, and quiz rooms clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Check bookings, timing, and customer details.
• Coordinate with the team to avoid delays between sessions.
• Handle basic customer requests such as drinks, cake storage, decorations, or seating arrangements.
• Follow company procedures for opening, closing, and daily operations.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Arabic and/or French is a plus.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking in front of groups.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Good customer service mindset.
• Ability to stay calm and solve problems quickly.
• Comfortable using basic software, booking systems, screens, tablets, or game systems.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous experience in entertainment, events, hospitality, customer service, or kids activities is a plus.
