We are looking for a Quotation Assistant to support our sales and quotation operations in the spare parts and trading business. The role involves preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare accurate quotations based on customer inquiries and company pricing policies.
- Manage sales documentation including quotations, sales orders and customer records.
- Follow up on quotations and coordinate orders from confirmation until final delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure product availability and timely shipment.
- Support the sales team with pricing, product details and customer information.
- Maintain records in ERP/Excel and prepare periodic sales and quotation reports.
- Maintain communication regarding inquiries, order status and delivery updates.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years UAE experience in sales coordination, quotation or trading company preferred.
- Freshers with strong computer skills and a quick learning ability are also welcome.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
