We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Quotation Specialist(MEP) cum Admin to support our projects team. This dual-role position involves preparing accurate quotations and tender documents for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works, while also handling day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in MEP services, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance technical pricing with office administration.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents for MEP projects.
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and suppliers to gather technical and pricing details.
- Track, follow up, and maintain records of submitted quotations and client communications.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, documentation, scheduling, and office coordination.
- Assist in procurement processes, vendor management, and purchase order preparation.
- Maintain and update databases for quotations, contracts, and supplier lists.
- Support management with reports, presentations, and other administrative requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in quotations, pricing, or tendering within the MEP sector.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills with a background in office support.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good understanding of MEP systems, terminology, and project requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Should be available in UAE for immediate interview and joining.
