Role Overview:

The Quoting Operations Analyst will support end-to-end quoting and sales operations for all regions globally, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of quotes and related data. The ideal candidate demonstrates superior customer service skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role demands exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, along with the ability to adapt quickly to process changes—especially while handling sensitive cybersecurity-related information and data. The analyst will interact frequently with sales teams and cross-functional departments through calls, emails, and other communication channels. High proficiency in spoken and written English (with accent-neutral communication) is essential. The candidate will be responsible for quote creation, revisions, data analysis, forecast/grant validation, deal tracker management, and providing comprehensive backend support to the sales organization. This position supports the US region and requires working US business hours (Night Shift).

As a Trellix Quote Ops Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between Sales and Operations. Passion for data, technology and communication should be one of your strengths. You will develop a clear understanding of the goals, strategies, and business practices of the Trellix Business, including pricing, forecasting and reporting. You will identify and develop new opportunities within the assigned territory and establish a good working relationship with key sales personnel. Then, you will communicate strategies to the appropriate Field Sales Rep and the Inside Sales Rep to obtain their required support and coordination. Taking the accountability for developing the business with your assigned accounts will be key. This is a job for those who see their role beyond sales and marketing. You provide support to the Trellix sales force by effectively diagnosing and resolving issues and work requests. You are responsible for accurately referring unresolved issues to the appropriate support group.

About the role:

  • Create, review, and deliver accurate customer quotes in a timely manner.

  • Process quote corrections, revisions, and updates based on sales or customer requirements.

  • Quick in absorbing process changes and implementing them effectively.

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly report/data analysis/dashboards in SF to support leadership and sales teams.

  • Conduct forecast and grant validations as per internal guidelines and compliance requirements.

  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze deal trackers and dashboards to support ongoing business operations.

  • Collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders (Pricing, CRM, CD, MDM, Order Ops, Licensing, etc.) to resolve quote-related issues.

  • Handle inbound and outbound communication with sales and other internal teams through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.

  • Support backend sales operations, ensuring smooth workflow and process accuracy.

  • Maintain strong documentation standards and update operational records consistently.

  • Ensure adherence to security protocols while handling cybersecurity-related data.

  • Quickly learn new tools, systems, and implement them effectively.

  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous process improvement.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2-3 years of experience in the similar industry

  • Experience in quoting, CPQ tools, order management, or sales operations, similar any O2C operations

  • Experience in creating business documents

  • Proficient in Google Office tools like GSheets, GDocs, GSlides etc., reporting tools, and basic data analysis.

  • Positive work attitude

  • Prompt and focused towards work

  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Work Conditions:

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
