• Enter data precisely into our quoting and customer management systems
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat to clarify requirements and provide updates on quotes
• Assist in processing customer requests, ensuring timely delivery of quotes and follow-up support
• Maintain organized records of all quotes, client interactions, and related documentation
• Support outbound calling efforts to follow up on pending quotes or gather additional client information
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently

• Strong sales aptitude with a passion for customer support and client services
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer literacy
• Experience in data entry, typing accuracy, and maintaining detailed records
