Role Summary

The Quotes, Procurement & Logistics Documentation Manager will be responsible for preparing commercial quotes, sourcing products from suppliers, coordinating logistics, and managing procurement pricing. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate pricing, smooth supply flow, and timely fulfilment of orders for both domestic and international operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Quotation & Pricing

• Prepare and issue product and project quotations on a daily basis as per sales and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate cost sheets for products, logistics, and margins
• Update pricing based on supplier and freight changes

2. Procurement & Supplier Coordination

• Source products from existing and new suppliers
• Request, compare, and negotiate pricing from vendors
• Maintain supplier records including pricing, lead time, and payment terms

3. Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with local and international logistics providers for shipments
• Obtain freight quotes and delivery timelines
• Track shipments and ensure smooth delivery of goods

4. Cost & Commercial Management

• Procure the best possible product and freight pricing
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure competitive and profitable quotes
• Ensure accuracy in all commercial documentation

Reporting & Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders

Compensation & Review

• Salary during first three months (probation period): INR 15,000 per month
• Post-probation: Based on performance review, salary may be increased by up to 30%
• Performance will be evaluated based on:
• Accuracy and speed of quotation
• Cost optimization
• Supplier and logistics coordination
• Commercial discipline

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience or strong understanding of procurement, quotations, and logistics
• Ability to work with suppliers and freight partners
• Good communication and commercial understanding
• Comfortable working with cost sheets, pricing, and documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
