Quran Classes Supervisor - Female

Online Quran Learnings is looking for a committed and organized Female Online Quran Classes Supervisor to manage daily class activities, facilitate effective communication between teachers and students, and ensure a seamless, engaging, and productive learning experience for students across the UK and USA.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise online Quran classes to ensure quality teaching standards
• Act as the main point of communication between teachers, students, and parents
• Assist in managing class schedules, attendance, and teacher coordination
• Evaluate teaching performance and provide regular feedback to instructors
• Support students with class-related concerns and ensure a positive learning environment
• Ensure proper Tajweed standards are maintained during lessons
• Handle basic administrative and operational tasks related to online classes
• Maintain professionalism and resolve issues in a timely and respectful manner

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Quran recitation and Tajweed rules
• Good spoken and written English communication skills
• Previous experience in Quran teaching, supervision, or academic coordination preferred
• Ability to manage teachers and communicate effectively with students and parents
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Reliable internet connection and basic computer proficiency
• Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude
