R O TECHNICIAN

Job Title: RO Technician (Reverse Osmosis Technician)Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced RO Technician to install, service, and maintain Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment systems. The candidate should have good technical knowledge of water filtration systems, pumps, membranes, and electrical control panels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and maintain RO water treatment systems
• Perform membrane replacement, chemical cleaning, and system flushing
• Troubleshoot pumps, motors, pressure vessels, and control panels
• Monitor TDS levels and system performance
• Repair leakages, replace filters, cartridges, and mechanical seals
• Conduct preventive maintenance as per AMC schedule
• Prepare service reports and site inspection reports
• Ensure systems are working in fully automatic mode
• Handle breakdown calls and emergency maintenance
• Maintain tools and spare parts properly

Technical Skills Required:

• Knowledge of RO plants, UF systems, and water softeners
• Understanding of pumps, pressure switches, and float switches
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and flow diagrams
• Experience in membrane chemical cleaning process
• Knowledge of dosing pumps and chemical handling

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in RO system maintenance
• UAE driving license is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and at site locations
