Title: R2M Manager- US Accounting

Location: Hyderabad—Fully Onsite

Shift: 5:30PM to 2:0AM

Immediate Joiners would be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the R2R function for US-based clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
• Prepare and review Financial Statements, analyze variances, and support management decision-making.
• Manage and publish daily/weekly/monthly scorecards and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Conduct client meetings, business reviews, and drive process improvements with US counterparts.
• Handle General Ledger accounting, journal postings, and reconciliations in QuickBooks or Sage Intacct.
• Interpret financial data to guide executive decision-making.
• Oversee team performance through reviews, appraisals, and coaching, while also managing client experience.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for accounting processes and ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• B.com graduate with 8–10 years of experience, including 3–5 years in team and client management.
• Proven expertise in US Accounting, R2R operations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, and US GAAP principles.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in BPO or Shared Services (US clients) preferred.
• Proactive, self-driven, and a strong team player.
• Willingness to work in US shifts and from office.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
