Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pilot to join our aviation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating aircraft safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent time management, and organizational skills to provide exceptional service to our passengers and crew.

Responsibilities

• Operate aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all flight regulations and procedures.
• Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure that all systems are functioning properly before takeoff.
• Communicate effectively with air traffic control and passengers throughout the flight.
• Analyze weather conditions and make informed decisions regarding flight paths and safety measures.
• Foster a collaborative team environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service to passengers, addressing any concerns or inquiries during the flight.
• Maintain accurate records of flights, including hours flown, maintenance performed, and any incidents that occur.

Experience

• A valid pilot's license with appropriate ratings for the aircraft operated is required. CFI/CFII preferred.
• Proven experience as a pilot with a strong understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide passengers effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to manage flight schedules and documentation efficiently.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability in time management to ensure timely departures and arrivals while maintaining safety standards.
• Have Completed Robinson Safety Course.
• Have logged a minimum of 500hrs rotorcraft time.
