Junior RF Hardware Engineer (De-sense Focus)
Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven Junior RF Hardware Engineer to specialize in RF De-sense performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate designs from prototype to mass production, ensuring optimal wireless performance for high-end consumer electronics.
Key Responsibilities:
- De-sense Validation & Testing: Assess platform-level RF de-sense performance. Setup, verify, and debug RF test stations and software.
- Yield & Data Analysis: Monitor daily RF yield, analyze test data, highlight critical issues, and drive actions to improve product yield.
- Failure Analysis & Mitigation: Perform hardware failure analysis at the RF/system level. Propose and implement design changes (PCB layout, shielding, grounding) to resolve desense issues.
- Design Review: Review PCB/Flex layouts and system-level grounding designs to ensure RF integrity.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports and join regular sync meetings with clients and internal teams. Create SOP guidance for Mass Production (MP).
- Production Support: Assist with factory new site bring-up and provide technical training to team members.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in RF engineering or related hardware validation.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and receiver de-sense mitigation techniques.
- Proficiency with RF lab equipment (VNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter, CMW500, etc.).
- Familiarity with wireless communication standards (LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. High self-motivation and a passion for learning new technologies.
Language:
- Professional proficiency in English is required.

- Experience in a manufacturing environment or factory bring-up is highly preferred.
