Role Overview
The Radio Station Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth station operations, coordinating programming schedules, and supporting on-air and behind-the-scenes activities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced media environment and has a passion for radio and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily radio programming schedules and ensure timely broadcasts
• Liaise with presenters, producers, and technical teams
• Manage studio bookings, recordings, and live show logistics
• Assist in content planning and programming development
• Handle administrative tasks, reports, and documentation
• Support marketing and promotional activities for shows and events
• Monitor broadcast quality and ensure compliance with station standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Broadcasting, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in radio, media coordination, or similar roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to live broadcast environments
• Passion for music, media, and entertainment
• Proficiency in basic audio tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage
