Overview
As a Radiologist, you will utilize advanced imaging technologies to interpret diagnostic images and provide critical insights that guide patient care. Your role will involve working with various imaging modalities, including CT scans, MRIs, and X-rays, while ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards. You will also engage in clinical research and contribute to the development of innovative treatment protocols.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze and interpret medical images to diagnose conditions accurately
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Perform interventional radiology procedures as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient records in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
  • Educate patients about procedures and address any concerns they may have
  • Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance diagnostic techniques
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Stay updated on advancements in radiology practices and technologies

Basic qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Radiology
  • Proficiency in EHR systems, particularly Epic
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy knowledge

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, or neuroradiology
  • Familiarity with various imaging modalities such as mammography and nuclear medicine
  • Background in critical care experience or emergency medicine
  • Knowledge of CPT coding and ICD coding for accurate billing processes

Pay: $400,000.00 - $700,000.00 per week
