Radiology Technician

We are a small, family-owned urgent care clinic in Harrisonburg, VA. As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a dependable and team-oriented Certified Radiology Technician to support both our imaging and clinical operations.

Position Overview: This role is for a CERTIFIED Radiology Technician or a LIMITED Radiology Technician who is comfortable working in a fast-paced urgent care environment and willing to assist with Medical Assistant duties. X-rays make up only a portion of the day, so flexibility and teamwork are essential.

Schedule:

• Clinic is open 7 days a week
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic X-rays as ordered by providers
• Assist with Medical Assistant duties, including: Taking vital signs, Obtaining urine specimens, Rooming patients, Assisting providers during exams and procedures
• Check patients in and support front office workflow as needed
• Communicate radiology and lab results to patients
• Support clinic operations and assist team members as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms

Qualifications:

• Active Radiology Technician License (Required)
• Or Limited Radiology Technician Certification
• Previous urgent care or clinical experience preferred
• Team oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
