Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs regularly and accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments following healthcare protocols.
• Collaborate with doctors to implement and update patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on wellness, disease prevention, and management.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records and documentation.
• Respond promptly to emergencies ensuring patient safety and appropriate interventions.
• Support clinical procedures and assist with diagnostic or therapeutic services.
• Uphold CVS nursing standards ensuring compassionate, professional patient care delivery.

Skill & Experience

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare team.
• Strong clinical knowledge and practical nursing skills in healthcare delivery.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
• Empathy and patient-focused approach to provide holistic nursing care.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple patients and healthcare documentation accurately.
• Familiarity with medical software and electronic health record systems.
