Position Title: Front of House Host + Bartender

Venue: Radnor’s + Edison Square

Reports To: FOH Manager (Myra), Kitchen Manager (Lewis) & Bar Lead (Jacob)

Position Overview: Radnor’s is hiring a Front of House Host + Bartender to support service and help create the electrifying, welcoming guest experience our restaurant is known for. This role works across both the dining room and the bar, assisting with service flow, preparing drinks, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects The Radnor’s Way. Key Responsibilities

Front of House Service

  • Support smooth, organized FOH service during shifts
  • Assist with food running and expo when needed
  • Greet guests warmly and maintain a welcoming environment
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service
  • Assist with opening & closing FOH procedures, ensuring checklists are complete

Bartending (Happy Hour, Weekends, & Events)

  • Serve beer, wine, and cocktails during service and events
  • Maintain bar cleanliness and organization
  • Assist with bar prep including batching, garnishes, and stocking
  • Support bar setup and breakdown for Radnor’s service and Edison Square events

Team Support

  • Communicate clearly with FOH leadership and kitchen staff
  • Support teammates during busy service periods
  • Help maintain Radnor’s hospitality standards and positive team culture

Requirements | Candidates should have:

  • Experience bartending or supporting bar operations (bar-back experience)
  • Strong front-of-house service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong organization and reliability
  • Washington MAST Permit
  • Food Handler’s Card
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Hours & Schedule: This role will begin at approx 20 hours/week, with the opportunity

for more hours as Rad’s grows. Closing shifts are expected. Radnor’s operating hours:

  • Sunday–Thursday: closes at 8:00 PM
  • Friday–Saturday: closes at 12:00 AM
  • Applicants should have availability for afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Compensation: $18/hr-$20/hr (depending on experience) + share of the tip pool
