Rage Room Operations Supervisor

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor who can independently open and close the facility, lead the floor with confidence, and keep everything running smoothly. You will be responsible for protecting the vibe, the standards, and the guest experience every single shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the facility independently including alarms, cash handling, and safety checks
• Supervising team members and holding them accountable during shifts
• Keeping sessions on schedule and operations flowing efficiently
• Delivering enthusiastic, outgoing, and empathetic customer service
• Resolving guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the facility
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring supplies are stocked
• Supporting group events and ensuring seamless execution
• Resetting rooms quickly and properly between sessions
• Coordinate and execute group events smoothly
• Manage booking schedules, coordinate walk-in guests, and assist with check-in processes efficiently.
• Assist with other administrative tasks

Experience in hospitality, entertainment venues, retail leadership, or event environments is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
