Railway Quantity Survey Team Leader

Quantity Survey team leader produces and provides accurate survey information of the quantities of materials required for, both, architectural and civil construction projects, to provide a credible base for the process of cost estimation and analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare a schedule for submitting the required QS works for all projects.
• Delegate tasks to the subordinates & provide them the needed support to ensure high level of performance.
• Revising Bill of Quantities “BOQs” with Tender Drawings and Documents to ensure that all items are included & creating new items if needed.
• Recognizing and preparing conflicts between the Bill of Quantities and the drawings necessary queries and sending them to the consultant/owner.
• Supervising the quantity surveying team for structural, architectural, landscape, and road work and ensuring that each team member adheres to the timetable.
• Create BOQ for architecture & civil Items if needed.
• Estimating quantities for EPC projects if needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• On-site experience is a plus.
• Railway project experience is a plus
• Experience/Background in Design is a plus.
