Rain Gutter Installer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Rain Gutter Installer to join our construction team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining rain gutter systems on residential properties. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and will have experience working on construction sites, proficiency with hand and power tools, and a solid understanding of blueprint reading and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Valid driver's license with no at fault accidents or traffic violations in the last 5 years.
• Measure and cut materials accurately using hand tools, power tools, and schematics.
• Install rain gutter systems according to blueprints, schematics, and client specifications.
• Following OSHA safety compliance.
• Completing assigned schedules.
• Team player, we want someone who actively participates in our team meetings, holiday events and builds a strong relationship with their assigned crew.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Spanish
• Proven experience in construction site work, roofing, or related trades such as carpentry or masonry preferred.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating is a plus.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques. Must have an extreme eye for detail to cut create gutters.
• Can be a replacement driver as needed.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
