Shifts: 5:00 AM–2:00 PM or 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
(Some Saturdays required)

This is a career-grade Lead Driver role supporting medical deliveries that impact real patients—every single day.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead & Train & Coach – Train new drivers, mentor the team, and reinforce performance standards using modern delivery tech
• Operational Support – Assist supervisors with daily ops, admin tasks, and warehouse coordination
• Be the Fixer – Cover open routes, handle overflow freight, hot shots, dock support, and morning launches

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven leadership and team-first mindset
• Calm problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced operations
• 1+ year verifiable experience driving 26’ & 16’ box trucks and/or Sprinter vans
• Backgrounds with FedEx, Amazon, DHL, USPS, UPS, OTR, or military logistics strongly preferred

PRE-HIRE REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Active DOT Medical Card
• Clean MVR & Background
• 21+ years old with 3+ years driving history
• 1+ year box truck experience (16’ & 26’ required)
• Ready to start immediately
