About the Role
ITM Group is hiring a Range Supply Supervisor to lead supply, procurement, and property accountability for range operations at the National Training Center (NTC), Fort Irwin, California. NTC is one of the Army's busiest and most demanding training installations, and readiness there depends on having the right materiel in the right place at the right time.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will own the supply function from end to end, from purchasing and warehouse operations through the maintenance budget and fleet status, using the Army's systems of record. If you know GCSS-Army and you have run supply for a high-tempo operation, this is the kind of mission where your work shows up directly in the field.
What You Will Do
- Manage supply accountability and functions in GCSS-Army, the Army program of record for supply and resource planning
- Purchase materials and supplies for a high-OPTEMPO range operation and manage the maintenance budget
- Run Army warehouse functions and bench stock programs, keeping stock levels aligned to demand
- Operate an automated service order system to track work and supplies
- Manage the maintenance and status of a fleet of vehicles and equipment
- Support government-furnished property accountability, inventories, and reconciliation
- Supervise supply staff and coordinate daily with the range operations and maintenance teams
What You Need (Required)
- *Formal training and certification on GCSS-Army (Global Combat Support System-Army)
- 5+ years purchasing materials and supplies for a high-OPTEMPO organization
- Experience managing a maintenance budget
- Experience with Army warehouse functions and bench stock programs
- Experience operating an automated service order system to track work and supplies
- Experience managing the maintenance and status of a fleet of vehicles and equipment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable suitability/fitness determination and a Common Access Card (CAC)
- U.S. person status and willingness to work on-site at Fort Irwin, CA
No security clearance is required for this position. Background investigations for CAC and system access are submitted by the Government.
Nice to Have (Preferred)
- Prior experience supporting Army range operations or a Combat Training Center (CTC)
- Background in property book management and accountability
- Demonstrated experience supervising a supply or warehouse team in a field or remote environment
Schedule and Location
On-site at Fort Irwin, California. The installation runs a 24/7/365 range operation. This is primarily a daytime supervisory role, with hours flexed as needed during major training rotations. Fort Irwin sits in the high desert roughly 35 miles northeast of Barstow; relocation may be required.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
