RAPIDS Site Security Manager - Military ID Card Facility

Forge & Flight Holdings, Inc. - Federal Services Division is hiring two RAPIDS Site Security Managers to support one of the Army's highest-volume military ID card facilities at Fort Bragg, NC. This is a full-time, on-site federal contract position serving 79,000+ customers annually at the Soldier Support Center.

The Site Security Manager (SSM) is the senior RAPIDS/DEERS authority on-site. You own the system, the users, the cardstock, and the compliance. This is a Key Personnel position - you will be named directly to the Contracting Officer at contract award.

What You'll Own

• Full RAPIDS/DEERS site authority - user management, security roles, equipment configuration, and compliance for 20+ workstation users
• Cardstock and consumables accountability - receive, register, order, track, and return all CAC and USID card stock through the Inventory Logistics Portal (ILP)
• Security Online site administration - add and deactivate users, assign VO/IO/LRA roles, maintain the site roster
• Equipment management - install, maintain, and upgrade RAPIDS workstations; coordinate with DMDC and APO on relocations
• Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) - prepare and submit to the COR by the 5th working day of each month
• Audit trails - daily, weekly, and monthly review for fraud, waste, and abuse indicators
• RAPIDS security overrides - documentation and fingerprint support for exception cases
• COOP planning - maintain an alternate site plan for outages exceeding 10 days

Compensation

• 11 Federal holidays off annually
• Monday–Friday
• Up to 5-year contract duration

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of specialized experience performing CAC and USID card issuance functions - THIS IS A CONTRACTUAL HARD REQUIREMENT. Candidates without this experience will not be advanced regardless of other qualifications.
• Active or recently expired RAPIDS Verifying Official (VO) Desktop and Deployable Certification
• Active RAPIDS SSM Certification, or the ability to obtain it during the 30-day Phase-In period
• U.S. Citizen
• Ability to obtain a favorable NACI background investigation - must be complete prior to August 1, 2026 performance start
• Experience supervising or leading contractor or government personnel

Strongly Preferred

• Currently active RAPIDS SSM certification from DMDC - candidates with active certs receive priority review
• Prior SSM experience at Fort Bragg SSC, HRC, or a comparable high-volume installation ID card facility
• Army MOS 42A NCO with RAPIDS SSM background; Navy YN/PS equivalent
• Experience with ILP, SAS reporting, Security Online, and VOIS
• Existing Secret or Top Secret clearance - significantly expedites the NACI process

Pay: $24.72 per hour
