Job Title : Raw Materials Store Supervisor
Location : Near Meladi Temple, Oad, Dascroi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 382427
Time : 09:00 Am - 6:30 Pm, Mon - Sat (May vary as per workload)
Salary : 28K to 32K Gross (Depending on Interview)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving Materials:

Supervise unloading and verification of incoming raw materials against purchase orders and invoices.

• Storage Management:

Ensure proper labelling, stacking, and safe storage of materials according to their category and shelf-life.

• Inventory Control:

Maintain accurate stock records in ERP or manual registers; conduct regular physical stock checks.

• Material Issuance:

Coordinate timely issuance of materials to the production or quality department as per material requisitions.

• Documentation:

Prepare GRNs (Goods Received Notes), stock statements, and inventory reports.

• Coordination:

Liaise with purchase, quality, and production teams for material availability and quality issues.

• Compliance:

Ensure housekeeping, safety, and adherence to GMP or 5S standards in the store area.

• Team Supervision:

Oversee store helpers and ensure efficient workflow and discipline.Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of inventory management systems .
• Knowledge of Basic Excel
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with FIFO / FEFO material handling practices.
• Basic understanding of material safety and quality standards.
