Raw Materials Warehouse Supervisor / Pulp Warehouse Supervisor
(Raw Materials, Parent Reels, Pulp)
To supervise the correct management of relevant warehouses in accordance with safety provisions and group procedures
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervises the management of relevant warehouses
  • Supervises the effective management of the vehicle fleet and provided equipment
  • Supervises the correct management of products loading and unloading procedures
  • Checks that the delivered product is compliant with the accompanying technical documents
  • Collaborate with the Internal Logistics Process Manager to the correct management of the processes related to the relevant area
  • Supervises the carrying out of inventory activities
  • Coordinates the procurement of relevant raw and auxiliary materials for the productive areas of the Converting and/or Paper Mill
  • Supervises the correct management of the relevant processes in accordance with the group policies and procedures
  • Supervises the compliance with safety provisions
  • Responsible for the collaborators’ integration, professional growth, valorization and motivation
  • Promotes a safety-bound corporate culture
  • Promotes Corporate Principles and Values
  • Performs other job-related duties in area of responsibility as assigned.

Education: High School Degree or equivalent
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in materials handling and warehousing supervisory experience.
Skills and knowledge: organization and time management skills, good verbal-written communication, strong computer skills, with working knowledge of factory systems and SAP desired, proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED:
Employees will use computers and peripherals, standard and customized software applications and tools, and usual office equipment.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and quality and procedure manuals.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required when in the plant and warehouse areas. PPE will include safety shoes, eye and ear protection, reflective vests and hairnets or hats along with any other necessary protection. Temperatures in the plant/warehouse can range a great deal from season to season. The employee will be exposed to considerable paper dust and employees will also be exposed to noise levels that will require hearing protection.
