Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Regional Strategy

Define, implement, and drive regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.

Expand business presence across multiple cities/territories with focus on premium projects.

Ensure YOY growth in volumes, profitability, and client base.
Team Leadership & Development

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Area Business Managers (ABMs), Business Managers, and sales executives.

Set performance goals, review progress, and ensure achievement of KPIs across the region.

Provide coaching and support to improve productivity, capability, and customer engagement.
Client & Stakeholder Management
-
Build strong long-term relationships with architects, consultants, developers, dealers, and institutional clients.

Drive architect/dealer/fabricator engagement programs and joint marketing initiatives.

Negotiate and close high-value contracts with strategic clients.
Project & Operations Oversight

Monitor project pipeline across the region to ensure timely order conversion and execution.

Coordinate with design, technical, and operations teams for smooth project delivery.

Enforce credit discipline, adherence to SOPs, and cost-efficient operations.
Market Intelligence & Reporting

Track competitor activities, market shifts, and industry opportunities.

Provide regular insights and business forecasts to senior leadership.

Ensure accurate reporting through CRM tools and dashboards.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Architecture or related field. MBA preferred.
12+ years in sales/business development with at least 5+ years in team handling roles, preferably in building materials, fenestration, interiors, or architectural products.
