About the Role:
Join ADVANTA AUTISM CARE LLC as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Denver, CO! In this rewarding role, you will work directly with children on the autism spectrum, applying evidence-based practices to help them thrive and reach their full potential.


Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during sessions.
  • Assist in the development of social skills through play and structured activities.
  • Provide support to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients to learn and grow.
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding client progress and strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
Requirements:
  • Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varied hours.
  • Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in psychology or related field is a plus.
