We are seeking dedicated and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and developmental needs.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide 1:1 therapy in home and/or school settings
- Collect accurate session data and complete session notes
- Assist clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and clinical supervisors
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification preferred
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- High school diploma required
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow treatment plans
