Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Home & School Based ABA Services

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Use applied behavior analysis techniques to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors
• Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, feeding, and toileting
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and self-care skills through engaging teaching methods
• Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency in care and progress monitoring

Experience

• Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis principles
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation, and care plans is a plus
• Strong data collection skills and attention to detail for tracking client progress accurately
• Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills and patience for working with diverse populations
• Ability to follow structured protocols within a team environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

- Provide 1:1 therapy in home and/or school settings

- Collect accurate session data and complete session notes

- Assist clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

- Collaborate with families, teachers, and clinical supervisors

- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

- Active RBT certification preferred

- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

- High school diploma required

- Reliable transportation

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and follow treatment plans
