RCC Foreman

Job Responsibilities: RCC Foreman (5 Years)

• Supervise and coordinate all RCC works, including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and curing.
• Read and interpret structural drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and specifications.
• Assign daily tasks to steel fixers, carpenters, and helpers and monitor productivity.
• Ensure RCC works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards.
• Check reinforcement fixing, formwork alignment, level, and concreting quality.
• Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC, and safety teams for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and safety regulations on site.
• Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for RCC activities.
• Monitor concrete pouring activities and ensure proper vibration and curing.
• Identify and resolve site execution issues and report progress to site management.
• Maintain daily work records and submit progress reports.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as an RCC Foreman in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural concrete works.
• Ability to lead site labor and subcontractor teams.
• Good understanding of construction safety practices.
• Ability to read structural drawings and BBS.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
