Urgently Hiring – Client Relationship Manager (RCM / US Healthcare)

Location: I-9/3, Islamabad (Onsite)
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Atlantis tech is hiring a Client Relationship Manager for our US Healthcare / Medical Billing operations.

We are looking for candidates with either:

• Strong experience in US Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

OR

• Freshers With Excellent English communication and client handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communication with US healthcare clients
• Handle client retention and relationship management
• Coordinate with Billing, AR & Credentialing teams
• Share AR reports, updates & performance insights
• Handle client queries and escalations professionally
• Support onboarding and workflow coordination

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of AR, Denials, EOBs, CPT/ICD-10
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Experience in RCM / Healthcare / Client Handling preferred
• US Calling or Healthcare Coordination experience is a plus
• Fresh candidates with excellent English may also apply
