RCM Consultant

We’re looking for a skilled Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Consultant to join a growing healthcare advisory team in Egypt.

In this role, you’ll help hospitals and healthcare providers strengthen their financial performance and streamline operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with client teams, combining industry expertise with strategic thinking to deliver measurable results.

What you’ll do

• Partner with healthcare organisations to evaluate, design, and enhance end-to-end revenue cycle processes, from patient intake through reimbursement
• Map current workflows, interpret business needs, and develop tailored recommendations and technology-enabled solutions
• Identify gaps and bottlenecks that impact collections, denials, and overall revenue performance
• Support system configuration, integration, and user readiness alongside technical and operational teams
• Deliver workshops, training sessions, and documentation focused on industry best practices
• Serve as an advisor to senior healthcare leaders, offering insights and strategies suited to the regional healthcare landscape

Experience and expertise

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in RCM operations or consulting within healthcare settings
• Expertise: Solid understanding of hospital revenue cycle functions—registration, coding, billing, claims, and reconciliation
• Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with major HIS/RCM platforms (e.g., Cerner Millennium, Epic, TrakCare, Meditech, MyCare, or comparable systems)
• Regional Insight: Track record working in GCC healthcare markets (Egypt, UAE, KSA, Qatar, or Oman)
• Skills: Strong client engagement, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, information systems, or business (Master’s preferred)
