We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dental RCM Follow-Up Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving revenue by ensuring timely insurance follow-up, resolving claim issues, and optimizing reimbursement for multiple practices.

Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on insurance claims for multiple dental practices
Review and work assigned A/R reports to ensure timely collections
Conduct follow-up with insurance carriers to resolve outstanding claims
Resubmit claims, request EOBs, and ensure accurate posting of payments
Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims
Track and review performance against key revenue cycle KPIs
Partner with the RCM Manager and Supervisor to meet benchmarks and improve outcomes
Qualifications:

2 plus years experience revenue cycle experience in either Medical or Dental field

Experience in a dental setting preferred

Proven experience managing multiple priorities and owning outcomes in a fast-paced setting

Proven experience influencing office partners to drive a positive result

Working knowledge of dental PMS systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental

Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and follow-through skills

Proven experience managing dental revenue cycle A/R
