RCM Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Manage RCM teams to run the operations

Oversee complete cycle of RCM & couch leads

Ensure accuracy claims/KPI compliance

Review, validate and analyze reports & share insights

Strong understanding OP, Homecare, Day surgery of RCM process

Clinical costing data analyze

Reconciliation followup

Impalement process

Strong understanding of Denials and Payer Guidelines

Collaborate with IT, finance, and clinical teams to integrate streamline revenue cycle processes

Handling JAWDA, DOH, Payer Audits

1. Preferably Graduate a bachelor’s degree.

2. At least three years of experience in the medical insurance market.

3. Computer literacy is a must.
